WHERE DO WE GO?
We navigate the mangrove creeks and the soft bottom of the Great Heron National Wildlife Refuge
WHAT YOU WILL SEE:
We never know what we’re going to see on any given day but generally it’s the fish and wildlife found throughout the mangrove eco system. We’ll see tropical fish, sea stars, lots of birds and more! It’s not unusual to spot a turtle, rays or sharks!
WHO CAN GO:
This trip is not geared toward beginner kayakers and not suitable for children under 12 as it is lots of paddling in sometimes more difficult conditions and a long time in the sun with no shade. If you’re a beginner, please take a look at our 2 hour tour. Paddlers who have kayaked before who are in good physical condition are welcome!
Dogs welcome on any kayak or paddleboard rental or tour EXCEPT this 4.5 hour tour.
